ISDN Lines
ISDN provides between 2 and 30 independent channels, which can be allocated, permanently or dynamically, for voice, data or video communications. It is usually provided as a single or aggregated multiple ISDN2 service, or a single ISDN30 service.
With our ISDN30 services, there is a minimum requirement of 8 channels and you can add single additional channels up to 30 per ISDN30 to suit your communications requirements. If you are unsure of your requirements, you can choose a 'fractional' ISDN service of 15 or 22 channels with the option to add additional single channels when needed.
On our ETSI ISDN30 service, we can include Dual Parenting which gives extra protection against possible equipment failures. This protection goes beyond the high standards of reliability already provided by our network.
PSTN lines
PSTN lines are ideal for low bandwidth applications including voice or fax. Lines can be independent, aggregated for use with an analogue business telephone system, or combined with your ISDN service to operate with a digital telephone system.
