Sure Business wins Customer Excellence Partner of the Year at Mimecast Awards
Sure Business has taken home one of the top accolades at the Mimecast Partner of the Year Awards 2022. We have won the Customer Excellence Partner of the Year award, demonstrating to Mimecast that our team consistently delivers exceptional service for our mutual customers.
Mimecast is one of Sure Business’ biggest partners and provides cybersecurity products and solutions. Its annual awards recognise the business achievements of its many partners, from the most effective reseller partner to businesses showing outstanding enterprise growth.
Sure Business has been a Mimecast partner for nearly 20 years, during which time we have worked with the firm to deliver cybersecurity products and solutions to countless business customers.
Sure Business went up against 150 different partners, of which five were then shortlisted for the award. Mimecast highlighted that Sure’s unique 24/7 support availability and our utilisation of qualified support engineers to avoid escalating queries to Mimecast demonstrated our efficiency in delivering customer outcomes.
The award is based on two factors: merit and quantity. Sure Business proved that we are able to deal with high quantities of client issues in a timely and effective manner. Mimecast also recognised the level of skill our training provides our engineers, leading to effective resolutions and happy customers.
