IOM Copiers' Resilient Cloud Voice Solution

“Sure’s resilient Cloud Voice solution suits our agile and flexible business needs.”

Mark Corrin, Managing Director

Integrated Office Machines Ltd (IOM Copiers) has been providing Xerox based office solutions for over 20 years. Their cloud services and apps improve productivity by transforming legacy paper systems to smart digital workflows, enabling process automation, performance analysis and management reporting.

Technology Upgrade

IOM Copiers use cloud technology to run their business, and with new full fibre connectivity being deployed at their offices, they felt the time was right to upgrade their legacy phone system to a more flexible and resilient solution.

“I started exploring new telephony systems and options,” says IOM Copiers' Managing Director Mark Corrin, “I met Sure at a business technology event, and from the very start I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism.

We agreed to meet their design architects and professional services team to discuss and review our needs in more detail.”

A Transformative Solution

The Sure team proposed a Cloud Voice solution to replace IOM Copiers' existing office-based telephony system. Continues Mark: “I liked the sound of their cloud-based voice solution with its robust business continuity features and ease of installation.

We have both office and field-based employees working across the island. The ability to have individual direct dial numbers that will reach you at your desk or out and about on your mobile greatly appealed to me. It brings together Sure’s fixed and mobile services. Contactability and customer service go hand in hand, and we need to stay in touch, wherever we are.

If for any reason our office has an outage, our people can work from home or flexibly on the pause, accessing our systems and communications wherever they are.

Bringing it all together.

“We’re a digital business serving a demanding customer base, and we need robust technology that won’t let us down” concludes Mark. “Running voice and data across a unified IP infrastructure will enable us to improve customer service, control costs and plan for the future.”
