Sure Business has formed a new Enterprise Customer Success Manager role as it continues to invest in improving client offerings and deliver projects and services in the most effective, timely manner.
Simon McKay-Mills joins the team after a varied career in project management-based roles, including in the telecommunications industry. His breadth of roles has seen him deliver innovative products on behalf of a telecoms company across jurisdictions and rolling out new and exciting products to improve customers’ lives.
As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Simon will be responsible for working with customers to assess pain points, discuss their needs, and deliver solutions to meet those needs. He will be working across departments to streamline processes and synergising objectives and goals.
Simon’s appointment reflects Sure Business’ ongoing commitment to putting customer needs first and delivering a full-service ICT offering that can be tailored to meet the bespoke priorities of its many clients. Simon is part of a new wave of hires at Sure Business who are part of the business growth plan which is focused on meeting the increasing demand of its ever-growing customer base.
