Sure Business hires client relations expert as Business Account Director

Sure Business has strengthened its team by hiring client services expert Fern Hill as Business Account Director. Her appointment reflects the organisation’s desire to hire quick-thinking, client-focused individuals with a passion for delivering excellent results.
Fern joins Sure with experience in client relations, project management, and communications. She spent nearly nine years at Close Finance in a variety of roles, where she developed an excellent understanding of the financial services industry and an extensive professional network.
Fern will be delivering bespoke solutions to meet Sure’s business customers’ specific IT needs. Her role will be Guernsey based, leveraging her vast knowledge and experience of the island’s business environment, and especially its financial services industry.
Sure’s Chief Business Officer, Paul Acton, said: “Client relations is an essential part of what we do, and being able to explain the many products and solutions we offer, and explore how they meet our clients’ needs, is an invaluable skill that reflects our highly engaged professional team.
