Sure becomes first Mitel gold partner in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Sure has become the first company in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man to be awarded Mitel gold partner status.
Mitel is one of the world’s leading providers of business communications systems and has an extensive client base in the islands. The company offers a wide range of products and services including migration to the Cloud, next generation apps and customer experience support.
Mitel gold partner status is an accreditation which shows that Sure has the skills, expertise and customer service capabilities to consult, advise and implement Mitel products. To achieve the status, Mitel analysed Sure’s technical, pre-sales and sales processes as well as verifying that the company has the required number of associate, professional and specialist qualifications.
“Gold partner status is a fantastic acknowledgment of the high quality of service and Mitel knowledge that we deliver to our enterprise customers,” said Chris Langlois, head of professional services at Sure.
“To achieve this status we had to undergo a series of technical exams, ensure a number of our engineers are trained to a certain standard, provide customer case studies, as well as highlighting sales qualifications so it’s no mean feat.
“Mitel analysed our processes and contacted clients to find out what they think about the quality of our expertise and service provision. Knowing that they all responded positively to Mitel’s enquiries is a great achievement for our recently expanded enterprise team.”
The aim of the programme is to support Mitel partners with access to co-marketing, team incentives and training opportunities and it has been built around three partner levels - authorised, gold and platinum.
