We're getting ready to bring your services into Sure Business.
Your network, service and support remain the same. As we bring your services into our systems, the main change is that you'll begin to receive your monthly bills from us instead of Airtel.
Here's what to expect:
- Your network and service stay the same. We've made some small updates to plan names to make things clearer on your bill.
- Dedicated account management to handle any business queries you may have.
- A new look to your bill and account tools.
- Direct Debit? Payments will be taken by Sure instead of Airtel.
How will my service change?
Pay monthly mobile
Your existing plan and pricing will stay the same. We've updated some plan names to make them easier to recognise on your bill, but there's no change to what's included.
Pay As You Go mobile
We're making some updates to Pay As You Go as we welcome Airtel customers to Sure. Airtel top-up rewards will be replaced with equivalent or better rewards from Sure. Contact your account manager to discuss any topping up, usage and add-ons.
Broadband and landline
Continue to use your broadband service with no immediate change. Your account manager will be in touch as soon as any changes may occur.
Your landline number will stay the same.
