With a strong background in customer relations and project management, Brandon is skilled at interpreting business needs and delivering tailored solutions. His ability to quickly understand new technology and build strong client relationships makes him a valuable asset to the Sure Business team.

With a background in customer-facing roles during his career, Luc has a strong interest in technology. In his role as Relationship Manager for Sure Business, Luc will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and work closely with them to see how we can improve our service; Customer feedback is vital for our ongoing understanding of the marketplace and the products that clients need in order to thrive and grow.

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, Marcus helps Sure Business customers across Guernsey design, build and adopt the right technology for their business. He works across Microsoft 365, Azure, on-premises infrastructure and managed IT, with a particular focus on automation and simplifying complex environments. With 14 years' experience, including 13 years inside the States of Guernsey IT function in roles ranging from service desk engineer through to enterprise architect, Marcus combines deep local knowledge with hands-on technical depth. TOGAF certified and an avid builder of custom tooling, he prides himself on translating business needs into clear, practical solutions that deliver lasting value.
