As Head of Sales in Guernsey, Vince makes sure his team are working closely with their customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that address both today’s business requirements and those that will arise in the future. Vince is proud of the relationships he develops with his customers and is trusted by companies across Guernsey to give them the advice and guidance they need to use the latest technologies to their greatest effect.

Ross works closely with our clients to ensure they understand the full capabilities of our data centres and the services they offer, including Data Hosting and Cloud Services, DDoS Protection and Disaster Recovery which means he’s well-equipped to advise our customers, particularly those in the eGaming and finance sectors.

Gary is an expert with over 20 years of experience identifying IT and communication solutions. He also has a wealth of experience of cloud services, unified communications and security services and provides unified, bespoke solutions to keep clients connected.

Jason’s experience in the technology sector have prepared him extremely well for working with the island’s government to ensure they’re able to meet the communication challenges of the 21st century.

Paul works with some of the island’s largest businesses and public sector organisations. He listens to them, learning about their technology needs before working alongside our Professional Services team to advise on, design and deliver communication networks that enable his clients to work locally and globally, on a 24/7 basis.

Christine joined Sure with almost two decades of experience in the telecoms sector. She has brought with her a wealth of technical knowledge and an understanding of the value of excellent customer relationships, all of which she puts to work in her role managing our relationship with the Manx government.

Marcus works with business customers to deliver exceptional customer service and consultations to advise which products and solutions are the best fit for them. He has over 25 years’ experience in telecommunications sales, having worked for the likes of Samsung, Blackberry, and BT in high-level roles. He prides himself on working with customers of all levels of understanding and delivers his consultations with expertise, professionalism, and a friendly face.

Matthew is our Service Manager dedicated to Data Centre customers, supporting a variety of eGaming, retail, offshore financial services and professional services clients. Matt’s role is to ensure service excellence for those customers who trust Sure’s Data Centres with their critical business infrastructure from the initial take-on project management & solution implementation; reacting quickly to trouble-shooting and day-to-day communication and reporting.

Andy is an experienced network consultant with a strong engineering background in designing and managing large-scale networking solutions. He has valuable expertise and knowledge gained from previous work in the defence sector, civil service, and the Royal Air Force.
Working with our clients on pre-sales support and network architecture, Andy’s focus is on designing the solutions that meet the bespoke needs of each business and enable them to thrive and grow.
