Jersey team continues to grow with the addition of new Applications Support Manager

We’re happy to welcome Sean Brennan as our Applications Support Manager to our ever-growing Jersey team.
With almost 20 years of experience working in the telecoms industry, Sean has previously worked with some of the leading telcos across the UK, including Virgin Media, Colt, GTT and BT.
In his new role, Sean will oversee key applications offered by Sure Business with the support of the newly established Application support team, dedicated to providing around the clock network assistance. He will also be responsible for the management of Sure Business Suite – our new and improved managed IT service, that houses designed to encompass our extensive suite of products, ensuring that customers receive tailor made solutions to their problems as efficiently as possible.

We work well together in what is often a high-pressure environment and that is reflected in a markable increase in the speed at which tickets are resolved.
“I’m excited at the prospect of visiting our clients in Guernsey and the Isle of Man to offer solutions to their IT problems in person, which we believe is so important in creating good client rapport Sure Business values the importance of relationship building, and to me, that is imperative in providing a good service and being the best in class.”
