Layla joined Sure Isle of Man in 2019, following almost 10 years working in the e-gaming sector and heads up Sure’s Service Management Team which spans across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Layla and the team are the first point of contact for existing Sure customers’ day-to-day business needs, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, and are integral to the strong relationships we have with our enterprise clients. By responding to service issues efficiently and effectively, Layla will ensure that you receive the best level of aftercare possible.
Paulo joined Sure in 2019 as part of Sure’s Service Management Team and is based in Jersey. Our Service Management team are the first point of contact for Sure existing enterprise customers’ day-to-day business needs and Paulo helps ensure you have the best level of aftercare possible by responding to service issues efficiently and effectively.
